The art studio just launched fashion illustration, art history and painting and tasting classes in September.

Key to My Art, an art enrichment center for all ages in Amityville, recently added fashion illustration and art history classes for kids, as well as painting and tasting classes. for adults. One-hour children’s classes are held in two-month sessions and have continuous enrollment. Fashion illustration is for children ages 8 to 13, while art history is for kids 6 to 9. The adult painting and sip classes will take place twice a month.

In addition to the new classes, Key to My Art offers workshops and an art camp for children aged 3 to 18. There are also Kids Paint events every month, which take place either on weekends or on school days off. Key to My Art can also organize birthdays at his place or at your place. Birthday parties include an instructor and assistant for 12 kids, pizza and drinks, and 90 minutes of fun painting. Your child can choose a minimalist or expressionist theme for their painting activity.

Owner Riesa Fischer is a New York State graduate art teacher with experience working with special needs. She opened the art studio in 2015 and provides students with materials and instructions to give them the “key to your art”. She strives to create a positive and encouraging environment for children and parents to express their creativity.

“I believe that everyone can create and anybody should feel they’re not good enough, ”says Fischer. “Art is a fun and relaxing way to express yourself. I want all of our art designers to know, whether it’s at a class or a birthday party, that we are 100% committed to making you feel comfortable and creative!
